Our Firm WebConveyers, located in Ramat Beit Shemesh, Israel, opened it's doors in June 2005, with the mission of developing high performance, secure web apps to a dynamic and growing client base. With over 20 years experience in the software development business, we started our firm with a running start. Our President Our President and CTO, Eliyahu Leiba, received his Masters Degree in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo, Canada's premier Computer Science University, in 1987. His academic work received acclaim from the Canadian Government, resulting in several high profile research grants from the National Science and Engineering Research Council (of Canada), in the 1980's. Taking on positions of increasing responsibility in large, multinational corporations, such as Nortel Networks, Eliyahu gained state of the art software development and management experience, while working on some of the largest software systems on the planet. A specialist in database internals, having personally developed the file management layer for one of the highest performing, fault tolerant, real-time, replicated dbms's in the world - a database which powers a significant portion of the North American telecomm network - Eliyahu is uniquely qualified to offer world class development services to global clients seeking high-performing, database backed web apps.
